Here, the aim is to rejuvenate a historically underutilized waterfront site. Our vision is to create a mixed-use, affordable development, featuring high-quality housing, a performing arts facility, and retail space- amenities that would inspire and bond the community's residents.

Creatively, we seek to construct a visually striking model; however, we are ever mindful to incorporate sustainable and resilient building systems and smart design to address the site's flood plain location and exposure to coastal hazards.
