Historic St. Peter's Parish
This is an on-going facility planning, design, inspection, and restoration project.
Roof repairs were implemented, and retaining walls and walkways were stabilized.
The project includes repair and replacement of pillars and fencing at the entrance courtyard and restoration of historic facades and masonry.
New drone technology helps the team assess the structural integrity of the historic site.
This plan included repair of various stone pathways, stairs, sidewalks, and roof.
Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art
The museum is a rustic complex of field-stone buildings.
Retaining walls and terraces surround the steeply sloping parcel.
The museum's architectural style and construction on this appropriately rugged site faithfully evoke the spirit of the Himalayas.

St. Ann's Church
The team was tasked wtih the restoration and renovation of the main entrance and historic features of St. Ann's Church in Staten Island.
Partial restoration of the church façade included replacement of the existing steps, landing, columns, canopy, and roof.
The design included new details such as granite steps, limestone columns, and a light fixture to match the existing church architecture.
Repairs on historic structures require in-depth research.
Integrated Charter Schools
The team devised a comprehensive program for a four-school complex within this modern 6-story 240,000 sf building; the programming and concept schematics were developed after a series of stakeholder workshops and participatory design sessions led by our team with staff from the Integrated Charter Schools that would be the primary building occupants. The four schools maintain their unique identities while sharing some essential facilities.
Corporate Commons III would be the home to four schools; research was conducted to create an innovative and sustainable structure for staff and students.
A portion of the roof level is accessible to students in conjunction with a proposed culinary arts program, and for agricultural purposes.
